Please mail us your order using our order form or fully complete the following form. To verify authorization we must have all forms filled out completely. Allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. Donated cards are not to be sold within the institution or supplied to outside volunteers.

CARDS MUST BE SHIPPED DIRECTLY TO THE CORRECTIONAL FACILITY!!!

There is a $4.00 charge for each 100 cards to cover packaging and postage.
Minimum total order: 500 cards.
If you wish to pay by check, your check must be received before the order can be processed.
