Instructions for Ordering Cards
Dear Chaplain:
You have contacted A.R.M. or DaySpring Cards requesting greeting cards to distribute to your residents. In an effort to meet your need we have linked up with DaySpring Cards.
DaySpring will provide the cards and we will provide warehouse space and personnel to sort package and ship the cards. Together we have committed to get the cards to as many chaplains as possible. We believe that together we will be able to meet most of your greeting card needs.
We appreciate the work you are doing and have been dedicated to prison ministry for many years. DaySpring has also dedicated their returned, discontinued and overrun cards to the needs of prisoners, and although we may not always be able to fill every order exactly as requested, we will work to give you the best possible selection.
You will note the types of cards available on the enclosed order form. We would appreciate you using our form so that we may have all the information we need to successfully ship your cards. Our agreement with DaySpring requires that we ship all cards directly to correctional facilities, that the cards be distributed to the residents free of charge' and that the facilities or a sponsor pay a shipping and handling fee of $4.00 per 100 cards.
Please know that it is a great joy for A.R.M. and DaySpring to be able to team up and provide these beautiful cards for your residents. We do consider it a ministry of love and encouragement to prisoners and pray it will be a blessing to you and to them. God bless you.
