One story I shared with them in a personal conversation really stuck. “Troy told us about a teaching time he was involved with in a prison where two believers from rival prison gangs washed each other’s feet in humble service,” they recalled. “The Lord is at work in the prisons through ARM, and this is proof!” God’s Word is leading the incarcerated to Jesus, turning enemies into brothers in Christ. That’s the power of what you’re supporting.
When I asked how it feels to know their generosity is changing lives, they said, “If we can help give the gift of God’s Word by making Bibles available to prisoners and support getting baptistries into prisons, we are blessed!” That’s the heartbeat of ARM—blessing others blesses us right back.
