Giving Tuesday

Help plant God’s Word in prisoners’ hearts.

Help plant God’s Word in prisoners’ hearts.

Every $5 you give today will help provide a Bible that can change the life of a prisoner.

Nearly two million men and women are in U.S. jails and prisons. Some are at the end of their rope, believing there is no hope. But you know otherwise. You know Jesus offers them what they are looking for: forgiveness, a new life, a new way to think and live, a new beginning. But how can incarcerated men and women know about Jesus if they do not have God’s Word to encounter him? You can help make a difference in a prisoner’s life for just $5.

The power of giving.

testimony from a prison chaplain

"There was a remarkable peace about him—an undeniable peace."

Today, I handed a Bible to a regular resident of our jail. I wasn’t thrilled to grant his request. This man was obnoxious and cruel towards me in the past, so I had some harsh feelings towards him. I found him to be frustrating. He asked me, the jail chaplain, for a Bible, and it was my duty to get him one.
